Fred Weier will be a special guest at the Access Wisconsin Annual Meeting on April 22, 2009 in Eau Claire. Fred spent 11 years on the Board of Directors for Access Wisconsin, and retired from a lifelong career in the telecommunications business, most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Tri-County Communications Co-op, Inc.
